well shares plummet as someone sells, some cunts buying them all, yet the media ignore this bit. who the fucks buying it all. its not all investment oppertunists.
A cynical man would say this situation has been nudged and pushed by an evil bank who want to buy a $5 billion business for less than its worth.
Lloyds are saying they walked away from takeover talks before this because of the cash crisis. balls they did, when i worked there they bought several broken firms and swalled the debt. they walked away because they couldnt affoard it. NR still pull in over500 million a year on morgages. pay 2 billion and your in pure profit in 4 years
banks, there all cunts when you get down to it, and theyll be first up against the wall come the revolution.
i am a cynical man.

There was a bit in one of the Sunday papers that speculated that the "buyout" price would be around £2.90 - £3.00 per share based on the value of the business. They are currently floating around the £2.80 so if you stuck £1000 in and IF they were bought for £3.00 you'd make back £200 minus commission etc. If they don't you could loose the lot.DeadElvis wrote:If they are going to get bought over soon, will their share price not increase again? Maybes an investment idea...
Seeing as they have dropped 80% since Jan an investor might decided to wait that little bit longer.
I'll try an find a post I was reading this morning, the numptie bought 10K on Friday only to find the share price drop 40% today.
