Looking at the totally overcast sky and the rain hurtling down from same, I think I'll pass on the plan of going up to the top of the hill and taking photos of the fireworks tonight.
I'd advise against it. You could find the fireworks heading towards you. Deja vu, Artillery your area
Playing with Photoshop :-)
Castle's about 6 or 7 miles away as the star-shot flies, and the wind is blowing towards us. Reckon they'll get as far as Corm's house
Though, if it keeps up, not only will our wheelie bins be in Fife, the show will be cancelled. But, they did say that it would take a lot to put them off.
Kids were shattered, so they were in bed early, Nicky was still ill, so I thought I'd just go to bed early rather than be a saddo and watch the bells on my own.
So, nicely asleep and the fucking fireworks went off anyway
Anyway, off to search for my wheelie-bins. I may be some time.
Dont worry Hav, at least you missed Jackie Bird's neck . . . . that freaked out the whole of Scotland!!!
Honestly she looked like one of the kamino (its nearly 4 in the morning and I'm extremely drunk so I have to put a to whether thats what they are called) cloners from star wars . . . . . but far FAR worse!!!
