So, #1 son, aka Iain has finished his course, got a 2:1 degree, which is better than Nicky's 2:2 and a hell of a lot better than my 3 Higher Grades.

He's now stuck on a roof on Castle Terrace, assisting on the technical work for the Deep Time opening show for the Edinburgh Festival. So, if you're going, and enjoy it, spare a thought for Iain and his boss, who are up there until 5am every night this week getting it right

I hope he gets paid well for this, it's pissing down...

Ahh the Edinburgh festival, what fun to be had by the young, and probably nowhere near enough money to be made especially no for working in the rain. Only ever lost money there.
