Attending the "Business Analyst World" conference in Sydney. Interesting talk on how we can apply "gamification" to projects and learn collaboration techniques for Computer Games.
Guess they never saw GMA in action.

I've modelled the Oranisation, documenting the inputs, outputs actors and roles they play in a 3d realtional model. Your read it left to right, or was it right to left as you drill down or was it up. What level are the rest of you on, I'm on "Escalate matter to Risk and Compliance" it that above or below "Verify Risk".
..and we all know Mort would secretly working on someone elses "Beta" project.
