Ran for a train and tore my calf muscle. So much pain I vomited as I fell. I have iced and elevated and put a tubegrip on.

I hate getting old. Found out its called a gunshot tear. Because the pop is so loud and you immediately fall over.

Two weeks if I am lucky. Ave six. And could be six months. Only way to tell is time and an ultrasound.

Bollocks.

Soz I can only buff knifes. Handy for Glasgow so may help Boab but not his poor wee leggy weggy.
