The one downstairs was playing up, so I told Nicky to unplug it for a bit, then plug it back in.
FIZZFLASHBANG, and the magic smoke is gone.

Moved the small TV down from the bedroom - sob - no Mythbusters in bed tonight. What am I going to do without Kari?
