I'm not cut out to be one.

The downstairs toilet cistern no longer leaks a little when flushing, but at what cost? At what <squelch> cost?

It had been leaking so I had to take up the tiles. Then fiddled around with the valve washers and puting new ones in.

Still didn't make any difference.

Looking at the wrong bloody washer, I was.

Wrapped it with PTFE tape and all sorted.
