really commited myself.
just spent 60 quid on new running shoes after my old pair gave me a foot injury yesterday.
so im running till my feet bleed in these new ones

Good for you mate. I fixed my exercise bike last week, but I've only managed to go on it 3 times in the last week - really need to lose weight for my wedding!

Just do what I did, pick up a bug.....Last month I was mega ill, and i managed to lose a stone and a half in a single week.
