Bad as in "bad because they're full of fat / sugar / whatever" or bad as in "I am poison and you are going to die painfully if you eat one more bite of me."?

Bad as in they are full of nasty things that will make you fat and unhealthy.
Things like beer, black pudding, beef, wine, tattie scones, beer, butter etc.
