Now, to wait for the police. Incident 587 of 1/5/09, so we can get a crime number so we can claim a new door from the insurance.

Must have happened this afternoon, though if they were gonna do that, beats me why the didn't kick in the door to the house. God knows what they thought when the looked in - "Fuck me, who needs so many cables?", probably.

So, the police arrived about 10ish last night.

Phoned the insurance company this morning, ok, they'll get someone round to secure the door.

8 hours later, nae bugger, so I phone them again.

Shut 'til Tuesday....

So, look up the website and find the 24 hour help number.

However, they are open.

But outsourced.

So no-one's got a scooby about my claim, so I start one all over again.
