To drag the conversation back to the topic, I got to see a physiotherapist today.
One of my team's elder brother is a physio. "Oh, they're sadists..."
Yep.
He's not going to hurt me, he's given me instructions on how to hurt myself.
Got to move the thumb until it hurts, count to 10 and repeat.
Change axis and repeat.
For the next 2 weeks.
